How to use Microsoft Office Picture Manager on Windows 10

MS Office 2013 or 2016 users may be surprised to find that the suites are not compatible with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Picture Manager used to be part of MS Office. It had photo editing and management features. It was quite powerful and useful for editing photos. In Windows 10, it can be used as a standalone application.

How do I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager on Windows 10?

Although it did not include many editing options, the Resize, Crop and Rotate, Remove Red Eye, AutoCorrect, Color, AutoCorrect, AutoCorrect, and AutoCorrect functions were all still very useful. Microsoft has since discontinued this software. You can run MS Office Picture Manager under Windows 10 however:

  1. To begin, you will need to open the MS Office suite setup wizard. This is for Office2010 or 2007 and 2003. The product key is also required for Office Suite.

  2. To start the installation wizard, enter the product key.

  5. Next, you will need to open the SharePoint Designer 2010 Installation Wizard as shown in the screenshot below.

  6. Click the You can customize Click on that link to view the configuration options.

  7. Select each program from the Installation Options tab by clicking on it. Not available In the menus.

  8. Next, click the + sign beside Office Tools to select Not available For all Office Tools listed except MS Office Picture Manager.

  9. Next, click on the Microsoft Office Picture Manager dropdown menu

  10. Choose the appropriate option. My Computer - Run In the Image Manager Menu

  11. Click the Now install In the installation wizard.

  12. After the configuration is complete, click the button Close Windows.

  13. Open Picture Manager now! This can be found under the Start menu. Or you can search for it using the Cortana search field.

Picture Manager is now available for editing your images. This is a great application to organize photos and edit basic images.
